Adapting to Changes

Killen’s Smash Repairs, like the rest of the community, have had to adapt to changes in business due to COVID-19. Due to the rise in the virus, our business has made changes to our processes in order to protect our staff members, the community and the longevity of our family business

Killen’s Smash Repairs have implemented a COVID-19 policy which can be read in our office, and includes some of the following:

– Sanitisation of vehicle keys on arrival and departure
– Disinfecting touch points on/in vehicle as well as using protective covers whilst in the workshop
– Option to collect and drop-off vehicle for concerned customers
– Limiting staff exposure
– QR code necessary for all customers, staff, suppliers and visitors
